Job Details

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled and experienced travel nurse RN Med Surg for a challenging and rewarding travel nursing job in a 1-6 bed Critical Access Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg unit.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg unit.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
