Uniti Med is seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and flexible schedules.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
