HVAC Service Lead Technician Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC/R service technician to lead our commercial team. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to install, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment. As a lead technician, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, ensuring they complete tasks efficiently, and maintaining high-quality work standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including maintenance schedules and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an HVAC/R service technician, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. You should also possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background and drug test.
