The Opportunity

  • We are seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for our Outpatient Surgery and EP Lab areas.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $155 ($322,400 annually) with a potential sign-on bonus.
  • No on-call duties, weekends, or holidays. A diverse range of surgical specialties.
  • Open to new graduates and experienced CRNAs.
  • Valid state license, ACLS, and PALS certifications required prior to employment.
  • Part-time and per diem positions are also available.

The Practice

Mercy General Hospital

  • A non-profit facility with 342 beds, part of a major healthcare network.
  • Anesthesia Care Team model with medical oversight.
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for additional hours.
  • No on-call, weekends, or holiday shifts.
  • Busy outpatient center performing approximately 500 cases monthly, with multiple operating rooms.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of cases, including orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, and more.
  • The surgery center is adjacent to the main hospital, allowing for the management of higher acuity patients when necessary.
