Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to customers, cash handling, and physical activity. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
