Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in PeopleSoft Expenses: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the PeopleSoft Expenses module, including its features and functionalities.
- Implementation Experience: Engage in multiple full-cycle implementations, ensuring all deliverables are met and challenges are addressed.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements gathering by reviewing previously documented needs and developing a complete requirements traceability matrix.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with project analysts and subject matter experts to navigate the requirements gathering process efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare configuration documents for functional requirements categorized as 'fits' and functional specification documents for those identified as gaps.
- Testing Coordination: Develop and execute system tests in collaboration with the project team, ensuring all requirements are validated.
- Integration Oversight: Manage integration testing with various systems, ensuring all necessary tests are documented and executed.
- Automation Support: Collaborate with external teams to create automated testing scripts, enhancing efficiency in testing processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills in module implementation.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Experience in an academic environment is preferred.
- Solid understanding of recent tools and image versions related to expenses.
