  • Maintain Training Materials: Update and maintain training materials and documentation, reflecting any changes or updates.
  • Analyze Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from team members and supervisors, modifying content as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors: Partner with supervisors to develop or refine workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Provide Support: May respond to inquiries and provide support to agents, insureds, and field office personnel, using independent judgment to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance systems, including underwriting and billing systems.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, motivating others to achieve shared goals.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma required, with an associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience, with 3-5 years of P&C insurance background in Commercial and Specialty Lines preferred.

Compensation: The typical base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000, with the potential for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
