- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance systems, including underwriting and billing systems.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Teamwork and Motivation: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, motivating others to achieve shared goals.
- Education: High school diploma required, with an associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of customer service experience, with 3-5 years of P&C insurance background in Commercial and Specialty Lines preferred.
Compensation: The typical base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000, with the potential for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
