Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead project management and leadership for multiple markets, including site management and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Provide hands-on support to individual projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to guarantee successful project outcomes.

  • A seasoned construction professional with a proven track record in leading complex projects and teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members towards shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing conflicts and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data center projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project, as well as Yardi, Procore, and Prolog.
