Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Emerge Talent Cloud. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across international borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Invoicing: Process orders using ERP systems and ensure timely invoicing to customers.
  • Order Expediting and Tracking: Expedite and track orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, warehouse, and operations team to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics, with a focus on international operations.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English (en-US) is required.
