AutoZone Job SummaryAs a Delivery Driver at AutoZone, you will be responsible for transporting parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading parts, picking up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, and maintaining a safe driving and working environment. You will also assist do-it-yourself customers in the store between deliveries and follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers
- Load and unload parts
- Pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Assist do-it-yourself customers in the store between deliveries
- Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
