This hybrid role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including team members, community partners, and potential clients to effectively plan and execute events. Essential skills include excellent communication, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of community dynamics and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Developing strategic partnerships with organizations that align with our target demographic to facilitate educational events at partner locations.
- Leveraging local networking memberships and outreach efforts to connect with key partners.
- Managing on-site logistics during events, ensuring smooth registration processes and guest services.
- Assisting with participant check-in and check-out procedures during events.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on event objectives and timelines.
- Collaborating with speakers, presenters, and external vendors to ensure preparedness and resource availability.
- Evaluating event strategies in relation to organizational goals and providing constructive feedback to leadership.
- Overseeing event budgets to ensure adherence to financial guidelines set by management.
- Working with management to analyze performance metrics and apply insights for future event improvements.
- Contacting event registrants promptly to introduce our services and confirm attendance.
- Supporting the marketing team with the production and distribution of promotional materials.
- Assisting in the organization of promotional activities for our membership program.
- Capturing event highlights through photos and videos, and sharing content to showcase the engagement and enjoyment of our events.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, ideally within the Real Estate, Education, or Legal sectors.
- Proven track record of collaborating with management to establish and achieve performance targets.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in written communication.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
