    • Guarantee timely provision of products and services to fulfill customer expectations.
    • Maintain regular communication with client representatives to stay informed about their needs, requirements, and safety protocols.
    • Track inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure sufficient stock availability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
    • Create requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies, submitting them through the proper channels for evaluation and approval.

    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Finance team to ensure precise P&L reporting and forecasts to evaluate performance against objectives.
    • Work with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
    • Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and care of shop facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials to promote efficiency, health, and safety.
    • Regularly communicate with HSE regarding safety and training needs required by clients and/or suppliers, ensuring compliance with standards.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing best practices.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
