Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with locating exits, amenities, and provide general support as needed.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that aisles, walkways, and designated seating areas are clear, clean, and safe.
  • Problem Resolution: Notify supervisors of any problems with facilities, supplies, and venue, and assist guests with complaints or concerns.
  • Access Control: Regulate and control access to restricted and secure areas.
  • Search and Screening: Conduct searches of purses, bags, and individuals as necessary.
  • Communication: Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, and respond to objections with a guest service approach.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve minor disagreements.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Ability to learn venue layouts and operating guidelines, and possess good verbal and written communication and team building skills.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and walking, ability to lift 25 pounds, and ability to work long hours, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

  • Adverse Conditions: May be exposed to adverse conditions such as weather changes, loud noises, pyrotechnics, etc.
