Position Highlights:

  • Collaborative, clinician-led environment focused on patient-centered care.
  • Full spectrum of Family/Internal Medicine and Adult Primary Care, emphasizing value-based care.
  • Full-time; Work-Life Balance; Flexible Scheduling options available.
  • Office hours:
    • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm;
    • Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
  • Team-oriented approach; commitment to Evidence-based Medicine.
  • Autonomy to practice to the fullest extent of your medical license.
  • Support for practice growth and patient panel expansion.
  • Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records.
  • No on-call duties or inpatient responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a comprehensive range of high-quality patient care.
  • Address chronic diseases and health conditions.
  • Review patient records, including medical history and current medications.
  • Gather and document detailed patient medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
  • Analyze findings to diagnose patient conditions accurately.
  • Provide collaborative support to Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted medical license in Maryland or application in process.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
  • Active DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Active CDS license in Maryland (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred.
