Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manual Labor Specialist to support worksite operations at ARI Construction & Masonry, LLC. In this role, you will perform manual labor tasks to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by collecting trash, excess materials, and other hazardous products.
  • Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople, including masons and carpenters.
  • Transport materials and equipment from one location to another.
  • Operate power tools and industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.
  • Perform other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
