Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads and sales through creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, their agents, and other stakeholders to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify pest control needs and provide solutions.
- Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of outside sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Ability to obtain a Field Representative License Branch 2 within the first 90 days of employment and maintain it thereafter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Experience with pest control products and services.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to pest control.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
