Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Weekend Van Truckload drivers. As a Weekend Van Truckload driver, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates within all 48 states, offering a unique blend of flexibility and stability.

### Salary and Benefits
As a Weekend Van Truckload driver, you can expect to earn a competitive salary, ranging from $1,300 to $1,590 per week, depending on your experience and performance. In addition to your base pay, you will also have the opportunity to earn holiday pay incentives, up to $2,100, while working during the holiday season. Our team drivers also receive paid orientation, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with company match.
### Job Description
As a Weekend Van Truckload driver, your primary responsibility will be to transport goods safely and efficiently within all 48 states. You will work in a team environment, operating dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight. Our team drivers have the flexibility to take their dogs or cats on the road with our Team Pet Policy.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must be a formed team with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
