Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Team Van Truckload drivers. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive weekly pay, with the potential to earn up to $1,590 per week. As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will be paired with a dedicated partner to drive within all 48 states, enjoying a consistent schedule and home time every three weeks.

Pay and Bonus Potential

As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will have the opportunity to earn holiday pay incentives, up to $2,100, while working November 2024-December 2024. You will also receive mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Additionally, you will receive weekly paychecks, weekly performance pay, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year, and an annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
  • Must be a formed team
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
