Senior Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Operations team at Beacon Hill. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in overseeing and streamlining our financial activities across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Close Process: Facilitate the month-end close process for multiple branches, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls in accordance with SOX guidelines, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee work handled by various functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and inventory teams, to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Training and Assistance: Provide necessary training and assistance to assigned branches on accounting operations, ensuring seamless integration and process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relative accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP and ERP systems.
