Interim HealthCare is committed to providing high-quality care to our senior residents. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Community Staffing team and support assisted living/memory care communities throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, with most shifts taking place during day hours Monday - Friday. However, there may be occasional weekend or on-call needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly individuals. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing, nursing staff, and other team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive care environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
About This Opportunity- Supporting assisted living/memory care communities in the Twin Cities metro area.
- Providing comprehensive health assessments, medication management, and overall health status monitoring.
- Supervising CNA's/PCA's on your shift.
- Coordinating and communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
