Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Toyota North Charleston. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify and document required maintenance and repairs.
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended services, ensuring they understand the work to be performed.
  • Offer additional services and repairs to customers, ensuring they are aware of all options.
  • Estimate costs of repairs and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Record all hours worked accurately, adhering to company timekeeping policies.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries preferred.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
