Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring operational and financial excellence at your location.
- Implementing and enhancing best practices through effective monitoring, evaluation, and communication with practice staff.
- Overseeing all non-clinical operations of the dental practice, including team building, providing leadership to non-clinical staff, and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborating with patients and clinicians to facilitate a smooth transition from treatment discussions to financial agreements.
- Maintaining strict adherence to State, Federal, and other regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of revenue and profit growth in a dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Experience in consultative sales.
- A demonstrated ability to ensure efficient and effective front office operations.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to apply sound judgment under pressure.
- Experience with Dentrix or other Dental Practice Management Software (preferred).
- A minimum of three years of relevant practical experience (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional development.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of dentistry.
