POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist our Production Scheduler and Purchasing Specialist in their daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input daily labor and scrap data into our ERP system.
- Coordinate the daily delivery of materials to the manufacturing facility from the warehouse.
- Collaborate with purchasing and scheduling teams to manage daily outsourcing tasks.
- Generate purchase orders for direct materials, outsourcing, and capital equipment.
- Create and distribute shop schedules to the production floor based on the Production Scheduler's input.
- Prepare and present customer-specific spreadsheet requirements.
- Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY ROLE
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, databases, and computer-based scheduling/material management tools is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
