POSITION OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist our Production Scheduler and Purchasing Specialist in their daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input daily labor and scrap data into our ERP system.
  • Coordinate the daily delivery of materials to the manufacturing facility from the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and scheduling teams to manage daily outsourcing tasks.
  • Generate purchase orders for direct materials, outsourcing, and capital equipment.
  • Create and distribute shop schedules to the production floor based on the Production Scheduler's input.
  • Prepare and present customer-specific spreadsheet requirements.
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, databases, and computer-based scheduling/material management tools is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS
