Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Retread Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our retread team, you'll be responsible for various stages of the retreading process, from inspecting tires to applying new tread.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect tires for suitability.
  • Buff the casing to remove worn tread.
  • Repair and restore damaged casings.
  • Apply new tread to extend tire life.
  • Cure the tire to mold retread application.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $16/hour, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
