Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized speech therapy services to residents, focusing on improving communication skills and overall quality of life.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' needs and goals.

- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure best-in-class care.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Virginia.

- 1+ year of experience working with geriatric populations, preferably in a SNF or AL setting.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
