Job Summary:

Trinity Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist/SLP to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Speech Therapist at our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients in a state-of-the-art therapy gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), and Independent Living (IL) communities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to measure treatment effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• A current license to practice as an SLP in the state of Virginia.
• Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
