AS A STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE, YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Contributing to sales growth by delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Receiving shipments and unloading products from delivery vehicles
  • Processing incoming merchandise and preparing items for display on the sales floor
  • Implementing store merchandising guidelines, ensuring product flow and inventory management align with brand standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in stockroom and receiving areas
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals
  • Executing all tasks with safety as a priority to prevent accidents
  • Performing additional duties as required

WE SEEK CANDIDATES WHO POSSESS:

  • Experience in receiving, processing, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • A helpful demeanor towards guests and fellow team members
  • Attention to detail and the capability to follow multi-step processes
  • Familiarity with PDA and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to see, speak, hear, and perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Full body mobility, including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to climb a 12-foot ladder for product maintenance and display
  • Reach a minimum height of 60 inches for stocking and maintaining merchandise
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
