Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Limitless Financial. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Agents: Develop and lead a team of sales agents to achieve exceptional results.
  • Implement Proven Sales System: Learn and implement our successful sales strategy in the field.
  • Drive New Business: Present to local companies and generate new accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Build Referral Stream: Establish a self-sustaining referral stream using our proven sales system.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve goals, meeting deadlines and driving results.
  • Active Insurance License: Hold an active insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
