We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Neonatology. As a key member of our care team, you will provide top-notch patient care, education, and consultation services to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to newborns and their families in our Level IV NICU and other facilities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
- Work collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current state license as an APRN or PA
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with NICU experience
- Eligibility for State Controlled Substance License and Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Other certifications as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)
