Job Title: US Treasury E-Trading Product Manager

Bloomberg is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our US Treasury E-Trading business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and growth of the US Fixed Income trading business, working closely with key external market participants and internal stakeholders to deliver market-leading trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions for the local market and the global investor community by collaborating with key external market participants and managing internal stakeholders.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Bloomberg Engineers to deliver market-leading workflows and execution tools.
  • Build liquidity for the E-Trading offering while encouraging buyside participation.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of the US Treasury market to identify client needs and build solutions and trading protocols that provide a competitive edge.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and collaborate on developing scalable solutions.
  • Ensure incremental deliveries and a phased product roadmap with clearly outlined business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong senior-level relationships across the industry at leading buyside and sellside firms as well as with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Fixed Income Rates markets.
  • Proven technical understanding of the US Treasury market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop thorough, integrated, commercially sound product plans.
  • Technical proficiency in creating detailed Business Requirement Specifications.
  • Experience defining a product vision along with short-term and long-term roadmaps.
  • Experience leading product initiatives while collaborating with different groups.
We'd Love to See:
  • Experience in trading US Treasuries.
  • Product Management experience in a D2C or D2D E-Trading business.
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture.
