About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
    • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and providing a frictionless shopping experience.
    • Utilize technology to facilitate transactions, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Participate in product knowledge training and share insights with the team to stay up-to-date on current trends and product offerings.
    • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through our internal recognition program.
    • Provide feedback and insights to Store Leadership to help drive business growth and improvement.
  • Visual and Business Operations
    • Understand the impact of your role on the store's business and strive to make a positive contribution to sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Support the shipment process to stay informed about new products and restocks, and contribute to the completion of omni-order fulfillment processes.
    • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer experience and staying current on merchandising updates.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate: $15.00
