Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing and directing large, multifaceted projects from inception to completion.
  • Creating detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets for projects.
  • Conducting risk management to mitigate project risks and maintain overall project direction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all elements of each project align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

  • Formulating and managing comprehensive project schedules and work plans.

  • Assessing project performance to identify areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications:
The suitable candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with relevant local regulations and standards is required.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector and its regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other standard office software, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
