As a Product Development Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing electrical/electronic components and systems for our semiconductor products.
Responsibilities:- Develop and/or test electrical/electronic components and/or systems for semiconductor products.
- Design, develop, and/or manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
- Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to the design, development, and testing of various AMD products.
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in RTL design or coding, Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL, Graphics IP architecture verification, functional verification of microprocessors, submicron ASIC design flow, ASIC design tools, Python, C, or C++, and CPU or GPU architecture.
