Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems as needed;
  • Repair interior and exterior finishes and drywall of properties;
  • Repair electrical issues within properties;
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties;
  • Repair water pumps and fountains;
  • Manage time wisely and productively while working independently;
  • Able to complete tasks from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required;
  • Valid driver's license required;
  • HVAC certification preferred;
  • Minimum of two years of general maintenance experience in a commercial environment required;
  • Minimum of two years of general plumbing and electrical experience required;
  • Ability to perform physical requirements such as stooping, climbing, and lifting 25 lbs. or more;
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and complete reports.
