We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Perrinville, Washington.
Job OverviewSoliant is a leading healthcare staffing company that specializes in placing speech therapists with school districts across the country. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require speech and language services, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearThis full-time position offers a competitive salary, guaranteed work hours, and a range of benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401k coverage for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess students to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- A valid Washington state SLP License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
