  • Acquire new customers and grow our existing book of business by pitching and producing quality sales numbers in the field of Personal Lines insurance.
  • Complete the acquisition of insurance information for customers, whether they have Allstate or not.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be a team player with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality and strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Flexible Saturday availability is required.

**What We Offer:**

  • Top hourly pay ($20 per hour) for those in the field.
  • Highly competitive commission rates (tiered scale based on amount sold).
