Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to lead our preconstruction team in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Main Responsibilities:

• Estimate Development:
• Develop detailed estimates for diverse and complex projects, using historical data, subcontractor input, and productivity metrics.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Provide leadership and guidance to preconstruction teams, ensuring accurate estimates and timely project execution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Estimating Experience: At least 5 years of experience in estimating, with a focus on self-perform work and conceptual bids.
• Field Background: Previous field experience is highly desirable, as it enhances constructability insights and project planning.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and food & beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating techniques, cost control systems, and construction engineering disciplines.
• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience, with additional incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings options, and generous PTO.
