Join Our Team as a Host at BLT Prime - Miami

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at BLT Prime - Miami. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm and sincere greeting, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Answer phones promptly and politely, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor waiting times and minimize guest waits, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with setting the pace of service, special needs, and general guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • One year minimum of previous restaurant experience.
  • Able to multi-task while keeping an organized work environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with peers.
  • Weekday and weekend night availability.
  • Experience with OpenTable preferred, but not required.
