Corewell Health is offering a competitive sign-on bonus for this exciting opportunity to provide care for long-term care residents and post-acute rehab patients.
Scope of Work- Deliver high-quality nursing care responsibly and accountably.
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Inform patients and families about treatments and medications.
- Work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year.
- Request up to 48 hours of PTO on weekend shifts.
- Request 1 holiday off per calendar year.
- Associate Degree Nursing or LPN Certification - Required.
- RN or LPN license in State of Michigan - Required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 Days Required.
