Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sign installation and removal, litter pick-up, and garbage removal
  • Perform snow removal and pressure washing as directed
  • Represent the company in the event of accidents within the facility
  • Coordinate with property security as required for garage and parking-related issues
  • Assist with repair of broken gate arms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for equipment valued at up to $50,000
  • Interact face-to-face with customers, prioritizing service
  • Ensure the site is kept clean, neat, and free of obstacles
  • Control all tools and equipment required for duties
  • Make suggestions and recommendations for job improvements
  • Consult with supervisors regarding parking operation matters
  • Log issues and events in the log book and bring them to the attention of direct supervisors
  • Coordinate with supervisors to achieve resolutions in problem situations
  • Act as a front-line employee, representing the company
  • Wear uniforms in a neat and well-groomed manner, representing the company
  • Responsible for prioritizing jobs and tracking stock and supplies
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong command of the English language, friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, and able to communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of pressure washers and power tools, and ability to tow a trailer
  • Ability to operate a snow plow (asset)
  • Ability to drive various vehicles (automatic or manual transmission)
  • Knowledge of parking-related machinery
