Waterpark Lifeguard Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waterpark Lifeguard to join our team at Doubletree Boston North Shore. As a Waterpark Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while enforcing all Water Park rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with Water park guests and associates.
* Complete the required number of in-service hours per month to ensure a high level of preparedness to handle all situations, including any emergencies that may arise.
* Maintain a current American Red Cross Lifeguard for Water Park First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications.
* Understand equipment procedures and policies.
* Be alert and use proper scanning techniques while on duty.
* Assist the Water Park leadership and Head Lifeguards with all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Read, write, and speak English fluently.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
* CPR certification preferred.
* Outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable.
* Strong swimming ability required.
* Weekend availability required.
