Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Manage human resources, including recruiting, orienting, and assessing the work performance of nursing staff.
  • Implement disciplinary action when necessary and limit the use of overtime and agency personnel.
