We are seeking an experienced and caring Overnight Residence Caregiver to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Job Functions:
  1. Deliver personalized support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and goal-oriented interventions.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

This is a part-time position, working 11 pm-9 am on Sundays and Mondays. The estimated annual salary is approximately $31,900 based on 20 hours of work per week. Our team offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
