As An Operations Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Guiding and nurturing team members in alignment with Club Car Wash's standards for customer service, performance, and quality assurance.
  • Providing ongoing training, support, and performance coaching to team members.
  • Collaborating with various departments to enhance sales, recruit and retain staff, and actively participate in training for continuous improvement.
