Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the customer experience, managing hospital operations, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the customer experience and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.
  • Manage hospital operations, including general maintenance, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead communication regarding inventory and supply chain management with the team.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in a veterinary or emergency services environment.
  • Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment is a major plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of Infinity/ImproMed is a major plus.
