Job Overview

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Educate members on how to optimize our services to meet their individual needs, providing personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Account Management: Perform duties and responsibilities related to opening and processing changes on various account types, including Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal, and Business Accounts.
  • Loan Processing: Oversee the consumer loan process, ensuring compliance with approved guidelines and providing excellent service to our members.
  • Relationship Building: Create meaningful relationships with our members through excellent service and face-to-face interaction, building trust and loyalty.
  • Team Support: Support your team by taking initiative to meet our growth objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

  • Experience: You have 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Education: You have a High School degree or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and financial principles.
