  • Resolve larger guest service issues and manage on-shift guest service standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage on-shift labor efficiency and safety standards to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise training of new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to the success of other departments as needed, working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Attend all department and company meetings as required to stay informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Punctuality is mandatory, and you will be expected to arrive on time and be prepared to start work at the scheduled time.
  • Assist in maintaining department inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Assist with follow-up on error reporting for down games, equipment, attractions, and other issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with maintaining on-shift display levels of merchandise and redemption store to ensure a visually appealing and engaging experience for guests.
  • Assist with team member scheduling per labor templates to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
  • Assist with coordinating periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening/closing procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with managing shift operations, including cash control, safety, quality control, and other essential tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance for all team members, representing the company in a positive and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Obtain training certification per company policy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be courteous and accountable in all situations.
  • Respond to guests' special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
  • Monitor the consistency of the product provided to all guests.
  • Work in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers.
  • Cooperate with all team members when assigned additional tasks and listen to others with compassion.
  • Seek knowledge from multiple sources and learn from past experiences for future development and growth.
  • Maintain appearance and/or uniform standards.
