Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Adventist Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases. Your expertise will be essential in performing screening procedures, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining procedure quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases
  • Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation
  • Coordinate patient flow and maintain procedure quality control
  • Document all pertinent information regarding radioactive materials and surveys
  • Elevate questions, problems, and significant challenges to more senior staff for direction or subject matter expertise
Requirements:
  • Diploma/certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
  • State Nuclear Medicine License (CA and HI)
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine or Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Venipuncture certification
