Job Summary

As a Guest Service Support Expert at Marriott International, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for providing support to our culinary team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service
  • Support kitchen operations, including food storage, handling, and disposal
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
