Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and expertise to our business units, supporting the development and maintenance of our products, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and expertise to business units on Kee Safety Group products
  • Suggest changes and optimize existing technical issues with Kee Products
  • Prepare technical reports on issues faced and send to the engineering department
  • Support the Operations Manager and Technical Manager on product testing and development
  • Coordinate incoming requests from customers and internal customers
  • Prepare technical solutions for incoming requests
  • Prepare standard documents containing calculations for commonly sold products
  • Work on different product drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of parts catalogues and operation instruction manuals
  • Support the Technical Manager in maintaining external approvals of Kee Safety Group products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Mechanical/Production Engineering, Masters a plus
  • Highly proficient in current 2D & 3D Solid Modelling in Solid works CAD Software
  • Numerate and analytical skills, high attention to detail
  • Knowledge in scaffolding and guard railing with an understanding of pipe/tube calculations for bending theory
  • Ability to travel to work sites as needed
  • 3-5 years of prior technical engineer experience is preferred
